Red-Teaming Quality Assurance Lead (QAL)

What you'll do

You review the work of red-teamers and QAs: whether adversarial prompts are realistic, risks are categorised correctly, policy boundaries are applied consistently and vulnerabilities are covered rather than skimmed. You answer questions on severity and edge cases, maintain style guides and calibration tasks, run onboarding calls and follow up with contributors who are inactive. The ad describes the work in terms of quality and policy judgment, not specific attack content.

Who fits

• A bachelor's, master's or professional experience in computer science, cybersecurity, AI safety, trust and safety, public policy, law or risk analysis
• 3+ years in AI safety, red-teaming, cybersecurity, content policy, risk analysis or model evaluation
• Understanding of AI risk categories, jailbreak patterns, harmful-content taxonomies and policy interpretation
• Familiarity with prompt injection, social engineering, fraud and privacy risk is preferred
• Remote team leadership is strongly preferred
