Romanian Team Lead

What you'll do

You review the work of Romanian trainers and QAs against rubrics, answer questions on wording, grammar, register, diacritics and the differences between Romania and Moldova usage, and escalate recurring issues. You also write style guides, FAQs and trackers, run onboarding calls, and re-engage inactive contributors.

Who fits

• A bachelor's or master's in Romanian, linguistics, translation, communications, journalism, English, education or QA
• Native or near-native Romanian with strong reading and writing, plus English for guidelines
• 3+ years in Romanian writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA or AI training
• Awareness of Romania versus Moldova usage, keeping style consistent with project guidelines
• Remote team leadership strongly preferred

Applicants are accepted from Romania only. The expert version of this role pays up to $20; this lead role goes to $25.
