School Science (Elementary) Team Lead

What you'll do

You act as quality lead for projects that produce and review elementary-school science content. You check AI-written explanations, worksheets, quizzes and activities for scientific accuracy, grade-level fit and child-safe wording, and you flag unsafe experiments or misleading simplifications. Beyond reviewing, you coach trainers and QAs over Discord, keep documentation and calibration tasks, and run onboarding calls.

Who fits

• A degree, teaching credential or equivalent professional experience in elementary education, science education, a natural science or STEM education
• 3+ years in teaching, tutoring, curriculum development, educational content review or instructional design
• Native fluency in Punjabi, which the ad lists among the responsibilities
• Strong English for guidelines and written feedback
• Preferred: experience leading remote teams and familiarity with grade-level curriculum standards

What it pays

The ad lists up to $10 an hour and no minimum. That is the lowest figure in this batch; treat it as a ceiling. Payment method and timing are not set out in the listing; the SuperAnnotate company page covers the contracting setup.

Worth knowing

Good:

• A child-education angle that many teachers will find meaningful
• Remote, with leadership and documentation experience
• Language-specific demand for Punjabi speakers

Less good:

• The lowest pay in this batch, and the ad gives no floor
• Restricted to applicants in India
• A lead seat means coordination work (activation chasing, calls) at that rate
