Slovak Team Lead

What you'll do

The Team Lead is the quality owner for Slovak projects. You spot-check items, message trainers and QAs with feedback, answer their questions on Slovak wording, diacritics and register, and keep documentation current: style guides, FAQs, trackers and honeypots. The ad specifically wants you to tell Slovak from Czech usage where it matters. You also run onboarding calls and follow up with contributors who have stopped working.

Who fits

• Native or near-native Slovak and strong English
• 3+ years in Slovak writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA or annotation
• A Bachelor's or Master's in Slovak, linguistics, translation, education or a related field
• Fluency in Slovak grammar, case endings, word order and Slovak versus Czech vocabulary
• Preferred: remote team leadership, Discord and spreadsheet fluency

What it pays
