Slovenian Team Lead

What you'll do

As Slovenian quality lead you spot-check items, give trainers and QAs feedback by direct message, and settle disputes about wording, the dual form, case endings and register. You write and maintain the project style guide, FAQs, trackers and honeypots, run onboarding and training calls, and push inactive contributors to start working again. It is a people-and-process seat built on top of strong Slovenian.

Who fits

• Native or near-native Slovenian and strong English
• 3+ years in Slovenian writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA or annotation
• A Bachelor's or Master's in Slovenian, linguistics, translation, education or related
• Deep command of dual form, case endings and diacritics
• Preferred: leading remote teams and comfort with Discord and spreadsheets

What it pays
