What you'll do

This is the broadest of the six military evaluation roles. You assess AI-generated scenarios for operational realism, tactical accuracy and sound decision-making, across planning, combat operations, targeting and weapons employment. You also check whether Rules of Engagement (ROE), the Law of Armed Conflict (LOAC) and operational constraints are applied correctly.

Findings go back as clear, structured written feedback. The work is remote and contract-based.

What you need

• Current or former military service with real operational experience, in areas such as infantry, Special Operations Forces, combat aviation, artillery, targeting, air defense, naval operations or military intelligence
• A strong understanding of operations, tactical planning and operational decision-making
• The ability to assess complex scenarios and write findings clearly

Nice to have

• Combat deployments, operational command, weapons specialization or instructional experience
• Familiarity with ROE, LOAC or international humanitarian law
