What you'll do
You wear your phone on a head strap and record yourself doing ordinary housework, so the footage shows each task from the doer's point of view. It is data collection for AI systems; you film, and nothing else is asked of you in the ad.
Onboarding includes a device compatibility check and an AI-run interview. Candidates who meet the location and equipment rules are then contacted for identity verification, which the ad says must be completed within 48 hours before any contract is issued. The ad does not list which chores are required or how long recordings should be.
Who can apply
- Residence in a listed country: Argentina, Bahamas, Barbados, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Mexico, Panama or Uruguay (the ad says "selected countries include", so check the listing if yours is missing)
- An iPhone 12 or later, a Google Pixel 6 to 9, or a Samsung Galaxy S21 or later
- Comfort wearing the phone mount that is shipped to you
- The physical ability to do repetitive movement tasks safely
No working language is stated; the ad is in English, so expect English instructions.
What it pays
The listing shows $6–60 per hour, paid per hour of recorded video that meets project guidelines, so the unit is accepted footage, not time spent. The ad does not say what decides where in that tenfold range you land, and a floor of $6 is the safer planning figure until you have an offer.
A $20 signing bonus, framed as reimbursement for the head strap, is paid after 20 hours of work. Until then the strap is your cost.
Worth knowing
Good:
- No skills beyond owning a recent phone and doing your own chores
- 1,000 openings
- Fully remote from home
- The head strap cost comes back after 20 hours
Less good:
- The band is very wide and the ad gives no basis for it
- Rejected clips and setup time are unpaid
- You are filming inside your home, so think about what else ends up in frame
- Identity verification within 48 hours is required before any contract
- Start date depends on how long the head strap takes to ship
- No weekly hours or project length stated
About this listing
Posted by micro1 on its own jobs portal and read on 19 October 2026. The $6–60/hour band, the $20 bonus, the country list and the device list are its published text.
It shares its job description with micro1's earlier At-Home Video Recorder (LATAM), which shows a flat $6 per hour; this newer posting is the one with the wider band. The US version is At-Home Video Recorder (U.S). See micro1.
