What you'll do

You act as the clinical check on AI output. You review AI summaries of patient histories, discharge notes, imaging reports and multidisciplinary discussions; annotate de-identified case vignettes, symptom clusters and differential diagnoses against current guidelines; grade AI diagnostic, treatment and triage suggestions with guideline-based feedback; and define relationships between diseases, drugs, procedures, contraindications and ICD or SNOMED concepts. The work is remote.

Who fits

• An MD, MBBS or equivalent, or an MSc or PhD in a clinical or biomedical field; board certification or a specialist qualification is highly desirable
• Practical experience in a hospital, clinic or academic medical centre; a recognised specialty (internal medicine, radiology, oncology, cardiology, pathology) is a major plus
• Working knowledge of clinical guidelines, ICD-10 and 11, SNOMED CT, LOINC and evidence-based medicine
• Respect for patient privacy, de-identification standards and clinical ethics
