What you'll do

You review AI answers to chemistry questions and judge both the result and the reasoning. That means checking calculations, methodology and concepts, fact-checking chemical information against public sources, writing clear model solutions that show the correct method, and ranking several responses on chemical correctness.

The ad covers chemical reactions and stoichiometry, organic mechanisms, analytical methods and physical or quantum chemistry. PhD holders are expected to have written or critically reviewed complex content such as problem banks, proofs or textbook sections.

Who fits

• An MS or PhD in chemistry or a related field (the ad adds "in a high ranking university", without naming a ranking)
• Confidence across reactions, organic mechanisms, analytical methods and physical chemistry
• English at C1 or above with excellent writing
• Preferred: research, analytical writing, debate or programming background; bonus for data labeling, RLHF or model evaluation

No minimum years of experience are stated. Applicants are accepted from four countries: the United States, Germany, Brazil and India.

What it pays
