Compliance and Regulatory Expert

What you'll do

You evaluate AI answers on compliance questions and write the reference answers: policies, control descriptions, monitoring plans, risk assessments and regulatory summaries. The ad's emphasis is on judgment. You are looking for misread regulations, weak control design, flawed monitoring logic and, specifically, "false certainty" where a model states a regulatory position with more confidence than the rules support. You also rank competing responses on defensibility and practical use.

Who fits

• A degree in business, law, finance, risk and compliance or public policy, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in compliance or regulatory roles in financial services, healthcare, tech and privacy, insurance, energy or another regulated industry
• Experience turning regulations into policies, procedures and controls
• Familiarity with GRC tooling, ISO-style controls, SOC 2, SOX, AML/KYC basics and GDPR/CCPA
• C1 English and clear documentation writing; certifications such as CAMS, CIPP/E or CISA are a plus
