What you'll do

You judge how an AI reads and rewrites commercial contracts, and you write the reference versions. That covers issue lists, redlines, negotiation notes and clause rewrites for agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, SaaS and vendor terms. The checks are about risk: liability caps, indemnities, warranties, exclusions, termination, payment risk and IP ownership, plus privacy and security clauses at a high level. You also look for confidentiality risks and misleading certainty in the model's answers.

Who fits

• A JD or LLB, or a paralegal or contracts background with substantial review experience
• 5+ years in contracts: in-house, law firm, procurement, vendor management, legal ops or contract management
• Practice redlining common commercial agreements
• C1 English and the ability to explain a redline to a non-lawyer
• Experience with contract lifecycle management tools is a plus; legal QA or AI annotation experience is strongly preferred
