Czech Team Lead

What you'll do

You lead Czech-language quality for a team of trainers and QAs. You spot-check items, give written feedback, answer questions on wording, diacritics and register, announce guideline changes on Discord, follow up with contributors who have gone inactive and run onboarding calls. You also keep the paperwork that makes quality repeatable: style guides, trackers, FAQs, examples and honeypot checks.

Compared with the Czech Language Expert seat, you do less writing of your own and more judging of other people's judgments.

Who fits

• A bachelor's or master's in Czech, linguistics, translation, communications, journalism, English or education
• Native or near-native Czech and English good enough for clear feedback
• 3+ years of Czech writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA or annotation
• Comfort with Discord, Sheets, Docs and trackers
• Leading remote reviewers is strongly preferred
