Excel Team Lead

What you'll do

You check the spreadsheet work that AI models produce and the people who grade it. The material is formulas, lookup logic, dynamic arrays, pivot tables, Power Query, data-cleaning steps, charts and financial models. You test it for incorrect references, circular logic, fragile structure, missing edge cases and misleading charts, then give feedback to trainers and QAs in direct messages and escalate repeat problems.

Team duties follow the usual lead pattern: Discord updates on guideline changes, answers on formulas and modelling assumptions, chasing inactive contributors, onboarding calls, and keeping style guides, trackers, FAQs and honeypots current.

Who fits

• A bachelor's or master's in finance, accounting, business, data analytics, economics, statistics, operations or information systems, or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years using Excel for analysis, reporting, financial modelling, operations, BI, accounting or data cleaning
• Solid on formulas, cell references, lookups, dynamic arrays, pivot tables, conditional formatting and data validation
• Strong English for written feedback

XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, LET, LAMBDA, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA and Solver are preferred, as is experience leading remote teams. AI training or spreadsheet QA is a plus. US applicants only. What it pays
