Hungarian Team Lead

What you'll do

A team lead role for Hungarian projects. You check trainers' and QAs' items, give feedback privately, and escalate repeated issues. Hungarian-specific points the ad names include accents and diacritics (a missing mark can change a word), suffix usage, vowel harmony and word order. You keep the Hungarian style guide and FAQ, run onboarding calls and follow up with contributors who stop working.

Who fits

• Native or near-native Hungarian, strong reading and writing
• Degree in Hungarian, linguistics, translation, communications, journalism, English, education or QA, or related
• 3+ years of Hungarian writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training or annotation
• Strong English for guidelines and feedback
• Comfort with Discord, Sheets, Docs and trackers

What it pays

The ad lists a range of $0 to $30 an hour. A zero floor looks like a placeholder rather than a real rate, and the ad does not explain it, so treat $30 an hour as the ceiling and ask SME what you would actually be offered before accepting. The listing does not state payment terms; how SuperAnnotate pays (Deel contracts, weekly cycle) is on the company page.

Worth knowing

Good:

• Lead scope with documentation and onboarding experience
• The $30 ceiling is above the Hungarian expert role ($25)
• Fully remote

Less good:

• The published range starts at $0, so the real pay is unclear
• Open to Hungary-based applicants only
• Leading remote contributors is part of the job, and leadership experience is preferred

About this listing

The ad describes a three-step selection: an AI interview, a domain task, and a recruiter interview. The ad does not mention a standing project or start date, so check what is open when you apply. The board gives no posting date and we have not seen the project guidelines. The hiring process and time-tracking rules are on the company page and not repeated here. See SuperAnnotate.
