What you'll do

You supervise Marathi quality rather than mainly producing it. That means spot-checking items, giving feedback in direct messages, relaying new guidelines and project changes to trainers and QAs on Discord, and answering questions on wording, register, translation fidelity and regional usage. You also write the Marathi style guides, FAQs and trackers, run onboarding calls and follow up with inactive contributors. The ad describes the selection as an AI interview, a domain-specific task and a recruiter interview. As in the expert role, the degree line asks for mathematics, and the ad does not say why.

Who fits

• A bachelor's or master's degree in mathematics
• Native or near-native Marathi with strong reading and writing
• Strong English for guidelines and feedback
• 3+ years in Marathi writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training or education
• Understanding of Marathi grammar, punctuation, register and regional variation

Leading remote teams is strongly preferred.
