Polish Language Expert

What you'll do

You judge AI output in Polish and write reference answers. The review covers accuracy, fluency, grammar, spelling, tone and cultural fit, mistranslation, formal versus informal register and logical consistency. The ad also asks for Polish business writing norms and consistent terminology for product and UI localisation, so some of the work looks like localisation QA. You write rewrites and model answers and rank several AI responses.

Who fits

• Native or near-native Polish, reading and writing required
• C1 English to follow guidelines and write feedback
• A degree in linguistics, Polish or English literature, communications, journalism or translation, or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years in writing, editing, localization, translation, content QA, journalism or education
• Prior AI training, translation or editorial QA is strongly preferred

Applicants must be in Poland.

What it pays

Up to $30 an hour on an hourly contract, per the ad. The Polish team lead listing pays up to $35, so the lead premium here is $5.

Worth knowing

Good:

• Polish is a large language with real localisation demand, and the localisation angle may suit translators
• Hourly rate in dollars for a Poland-based worker, remote
• Equivalent professional experience can stand in for a degree

Less good:

• Applicants outside Poland are excluded
• Up to $30 is a ceiling; no floor or hours are published
• Pay is below the Norwegian expert listing ($55) despite the similar brief
