Polish Team Lead

What you'll do

You lead Polish-language quality. You spot-check items and review the work of trainers and QAs against rubrics, giving feedback by direct message and escalating repeated issues. Team questions arrive with you, particularly on grammar, register, translation fidelity and terminology. You post guideline updates on Discord, follow up with contributors who have gone quiet, maintain style guides, trackers, FAQs and honeypots, and run onboarding calls.

Who fits

• Native or near-native Polish with strong reading and writing, plus good English
• A bachelor's or master's in Polish, linguistics, translation, communications, journalism, English, education or QA
• 3+ years in Polish writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training or annotation
• A strong grasp of Polish declension, gender agreement and word order, since the ad lists incorrect case usage among the faults to catch
• Experience leading or supporting remote teams is strongly preferred
• AI training or rubric-based LLM QA is a strong plus

Applicants must be in Poland.

What it pays

Up to $35 an hour on an hourly contract, per the ad. That is $5 above the Polish language expert listing.
