What you'll do

You check Russian text that an AI model produced and write better versions where it falls short. The ad names meaning errors, mistranslation, formal versus informal register and logical consistency as the main things to catch, and asks for gold-standard Russian answers across general knowledge, customer support, education and conversational writing. Alongside writing, you rank several model outputs against each other and flag unsafe or hallucinated content.

Who fits

• Native or near-native Russian, reading and writing
• C1 English for following guidelines and writing feedback
• 3+ years of professional writing, editing, localization, translation, content QA, journalism or education
• A degree in linguistics, literature, communications, journalism, translation or similar, or equivalent professional experience
• Deep command of Russian grammar and punctuation, with the ability to explain why a sentence is wrong

What it pays

The ad lists up to $25 an hour and gives no minimum. It is the lower of the two Russian roles: the Team Lead listing for the same language is up to $30. Payment method and timing are not set out in the listing; the SuperAnnotate company page covers the contracting setup.

Worth knowing

Good:

• The listing names Kazakhstan as the only accepted country, which excludes Russian speakers elsewhere
