What you'll do

You evaluate AI-generated scenarios involving fighter aviation, combat operations and tactical decision-making. That means checking mission planning, air-to-air and air-to-ground operations and weapons employment for realism, and whether responses stay consistent with military procedure and Rules of Engagement.

You write clear feedback grounded in what you have actually flown. The ad accepts Weapons Systems Officers (WSOs) as well as pilots. The work is remote and contract-based, and the location line reads Remote (Worldwide).

What you need

• Current or former military fighter pilot or WSO, ideally on the F-16, F/A-18, F-15, F-35, A-10 or comparable aircraft
• Strong knowledge of military aviation tactics, mission planning and weapons systems
• Experience in operational missions, tactical training or combat deployments
• The ability to explain complex concepts clearly in writing

Nice to have

• Weapons School graduate, instructor pilot or combat mission leader experience
