What you'll do

You use first-hand special operations experience to check AI-generated scenarios about special operations, tactical planning and combat decision-making. The questions are about mission execution: is the way the AI plans and carries out an operation realistic, and does it apply ROE and LOAC properly?

Where it falls short, you write structured feedback on the unrealistic assumptions or operational errors. The work is remote and contract-based, and the location line reads Remote (Worldwide).

What you need

• Current or former Special Operations Forces personnel, such as a Green Beret, Army Ranger, Navy SEAL, Marine Raider, Air Force Special Tactics operator or equivalent allied SOF
• Hands-on experience in tactical operations, mission planning and weapons employment
• A strong understanding of military operational procedure and tactical decision-making
• The ability to explain complex military concepts clearly in writing
