What you'll do

Each task shows a user request and the answers three different models gave. You classify the request as benign, dual-use or adversarial, mark each answer safe or unsafe with reasons, rank the three, and write the answer the model should have given. For dual-use requests you also note what makes the question sensitive, what legitimate purpose it serves and who should be able to get an answer.

The ad stresses that over-refusal matters as much as over-compliance: some requests are ordinary professional questions that models wrongly decline, and catching those counts equally. The role is a judgment exercise on dual-use boundaries and involves no instruction on how to cause harm.

Who fits

• Synthetic and analytical chemists, toxicologists, pharmacologists, industrial hygienists, process safety professionals, CWC or chemical-security specialists, hazmat or poison-control responders, and chemical regulators
• A degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, toxicology, EHS or industrial hygiene, with 3+ years in chemical safety, lab safety, hazmat, toxicology or regulatory work (the description says typically five or more)
• Working knowledge of safety data sheets, GHS, exposure limits and risk assessment
• Strong written English for structured feedback
• Preferred: AI safety, red-team review or content moderation experience
