Danish Team Lead

What you'll do

You hold the quality line for Danish-language AI training work. Your reviews cover trainers' and QAs' output as well as AI-generated Danish, judged against project rubrics for accuracy, fluency, tone and meaning preservation. Around that you post guideline updates on Discord, answer questions on wording and register, follow up with inactive contributors, run onboarding calls and keep the style guides, FAQs and honeypot checks current.

Who fits

  • A bachelor's or master's in Danish, linguistics, translation, communications, journalism, English or education
  • Native or near-native Danish and English good enough for clear feedback
  • 3+ years of Danish writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA or annotation
  • Comfort with Discord, Sheets, Docs and trackers
  • Leading remote reviewers is strongly preferred

The lead role is limited to Denmark, narrower than the Danish Language Expert listing, which also admits Germany and Greenland.

What it pays

Up to $55 an hour per the listing, $5 above the expert seat. No floor is stated. The listing does not publish payment method or cadence; SuperAnnotate's general terms are on the company page.

Worth knowing

Good:

  • The highest language-lead ceiling in this group
  • A say in how Danish quality is defined
  • Remote hourly

Less good:

  • Denmark only
  • Less hands-on writing, more coordination
  • Hourly work on SME projects is tracked with monitoring software, per the company page.

About this listing

Read from the SME Careers jobs board on 27 October 2026; the board shows no posting date. Selection is an AI interview, a domain task and a recruiter interview.
