Google Sheets Specialist

What you'll do

You invent spreadsheet tasks and record yourself doing them. The ad lists formulas and functions, filtering and sorting, charts, pivot tables, collaboration, dashboards, data validation, conditional formatting, reporting and imports or exports. You prepare the sample data, write the task up in SuperAnnotate and record the work in your browser.

The goal is to teach AI models how real users build and share spreadsheets, so tasks should look like business tracking and reporting, not toy exercises.

Who fits

• Hands-on Google Sheets use: formulas, reporting, data cleaning, dashboards or business workflows
• B2 English for instructions and documentation
• Comfort with browser tools, Google Drive, permissions and screen recording
• Ability to design tasks reflecting business, finance, operations, sales, education or analysis use
• Related experience welcome: admin, sales, finance, operations, reporting, coding

What it pays

SME Careers lists up to $15 an hour, with no floor, the same ceiling as the GIMP and Google Slides roles. The ad does not say how payment is made or how often; the hiring process and payout terms SME publishes are covered on the SuperAnnotate page.

Worth knowing

Good:

• Skills most office workers already have, with no formal qualification required
• You design the tasks, within the lists the ad gives
• Remote and flexible in structure

Less good:

• Open to Bangladesh, India and Pakistan only; low ceiling
• Screen recording and tracked hourly time
• No project size or hours given

About this listing

Listed on SME Careers, the site where SuperAnnotate hires subject matter experts, and read from its jobs board on 27 October 2026. The board gives no posting date, so we cannot say how long it has been up. Pay, duties and requirements are SME's own text; the commentary is ours. See SuperAnnotate.
