Hindi Quality Assurance Lead (QAL)

What you'll do

As QAL you review the reviewers. Trainers and QAs produce and check Hindi content, and you spot-check their items, send feedback in direct messages and escalate problems that repeat. The Hindi-specific questions the ad expects you to settle include Devanagari spelling and punctuation, formal against conversational register, gender and verb agreement, and Hinglish or code-switching, where English words appear inside Hindi sentences.

Beyond checking, you keep the project documentation (style guide, FAQ, honeypots), run onboarding calls and nudge contributors who have stopped working.

Who fits

• Native or near-native Hindi, strong reading and writing
• Degree in Hindi, linguistics, translation, communications, journalism, English, education or QA, or related
• 3+ years of Hindi writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training or annotation
• Strong English for guidelines and feedback
• Comfort with Discord, Google Sheets and Docs and trackers

What it pays

The ad states up to $25 an hour, hourly. The Hindi language expert listing runs $5 to $20, so the lead role tops the expert role by $5 at the ceiling. The listing does not state payment terms; how SuperAnnotate pays (Deel contracts, weekly cycle) is on the company page.
