Medical Quality Assurance Lead (QAL)

What you'll do

You are accountable for the safety of medical training data. You review AI-generated explanations, case analyses, diagnostic discussions, treatment summaries and patient-facing content for accuracy and appropriate caution, and flag anything that could pass as personalized diagnosis, emergency guidance or medication instructions. You also answer trainer questions, post updates on Discord and run onboarding calls. The ad describes the selection as an AI interview, a domain-specific task and a recruiter interview.

Who fits

• A medical degree (MD, DO, MBBS, MBChB or equivalent); advanced clinical, biomedical, nursing or pharmacy degrees may be considered depending on the project
• 3+ years in medicine, clinical practice, medical research, education, documentation or healthcare QA
• Strong grounding in clinical reasoning, pathophysiology, pharmacology and evidence-based medicine
• Strong English for clear review feedback

Familiarity with guidelines, chart review and patient education material is preferred.
