OBS Studio Specialist

What you'll do

You invent practical tasks that a real OBS Studio user might attempt, write them up in SuperAnnotate, then record yourself carrying them out on your own computer. Tasks can involve screen and window capture, scenes and sources, audio inputs, overlays, recording settings, output formats, hotkeys, profiles or fixing a common recording problem. The recordings and notes become training material so AI models learn how people configure recording and streaming software. Before each take you set up OBS, scenes, devices and permissions, and afterwards you check the recording is clear and complete.

Who fits

• Hands-on OBS Studio use for recording, streaming or capture workflows
• English at B2 or above to follow instructions and document tasks
• Comfort managing media files, configuring devices and adjusting software settings
• Enough imagination to come up with realistic, challenging tasks, not just repeat basics
• Video production, streaming, teaching or technical support background is appreciated but optional

No degree or years-of-experience figure is stated. Applicants must be in Bangladesh, India or Pakistan.

What it pays

Up to $15 an hour on an hourly contract, per the ad, which ties the Odia language expert listing for the lowest ceiling in this batch. SME's tracker does not pay time it classifies as idle, which matters for a job that includes waiting on recordings and re-takes.

Worth knowing

Good:

• Low barrier: practical software skill rather than a credential
• Task design is creative work, not repetitive labelling
• Remote

Less good:

• Modest ceiling and a three-country list
• You need a machine that can run OBS and record cleanly, with working audio and video devices
• The submission is a recording of your own screen, so check what is visible before you start
