What you'll do

You assess AI output in Persian and write reference content yourself. The ad goes further into the language than most: you check grammar and spelling, but also the Persian script, right-to-left formatting, ezafe, verb forms, word order and unnatural phrasing that comes from Arabic or English influence. You rewrite weak answers, fact-check claims and rank several model responses. Prompts cover general knowledge, customer support, education, conversational writing, translation and localisation, and culturally sensitive content.

Who fits

• Native or near-native Persian (Farsi), reading and writing required
• C1 English for guidelines and feedback
• A degree in linguistics, Persian language or literature, English, communications, journalism or translation, or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years in writing, editing, localization, translation, content QA, journalism or education
• Comfort with formal and conversational Persian and with varieties named in the ad (Iranian Persian, Dari, Tajik-related variation)
• AI training, translation QA or rubric-based evaluation strongly preferred

The ad's country field lists Tajikistan only.

What it pays

Up to $25 an hour on an hourly contract, per the ad. The Persian team lead listing shows the same $25 ceiling but opens to eight countries.

Worth knowing

Good:

• Unusually specific brief, so you know how detailed the language review will be
• Tajik-related variation is explicitly in scope
• Remote and hourly

Less good:

• The country list is one country, so most Persian speakers are excluded; the ad also names Iranian Persian and Dari as varieties, which sits oddly with a Tajikistan-only list
• Up to $25 is a ceiling with no floor
• No hours or project length published
