Psychology Quality Assurance Lead (QAL)

What you'll do

You are the quality gate for psychology content. You spot-check what trainers and QAs produce, looking for overdiagnosis, unsafe advice, stigmatizing wording, flawed study interpretation and crisis-insensitive replies, then feed back through direct messages and escalate recurring problems. Around that sits team work: updating contributors on Discord, running onboarding calls, building calibration tasks and honeypots, and chasing people who have gone quiet.

Who fits

• A bachelor's, master's, PhD, PsyD or equivalent in psychology, counseling, behavioral science, neuroscience, social work or a close field
• 3+ years in psychology research, clinical or counseling settings, teaching, assessment or mental-health content review
• Command of psychological theory, research methods, ethics, evidence-based practice and mental-health safety
• Familiarity with CBT, developmental psychology, trauma-informed communication and statistics is preferred
• Experience leading remote teams is strongly preferred
