Python Engineer

What you'll do

You judge Python solutions produced by AI for correctness, code quality, performance and fit to the prompt, spot logic, architecture or methodology errors, and write clear step-by-step explanations and exemplary solutions. You also rank several AI responses against each other, so the reasoning behind your choice matters as much as the pick.

Who fits

• A bachelor's or higher in computer science, software engineering, mathematics or a close field
• 7+ years of professional engineering, with significant Python on production systems
• Deep knowledge of the standard library and ecosystems such as web frameworks, data tooling or backends
• Strong algorithms, data structures, system design and performance skills
• C1 English and C1 Chinese, written and spoken (the Chinese requirement is the last line of the ad's requirements)
• Experience with version control, CI/CD, testing and containers

The role is open to applicants in 21 countries, across South and Southeast Asia, Greater China, Germany, Brazil and the United States. The C1 Chinese line is what separates it from a general Python engineer listing, so check it before applying.

What it pays

The listing states up to $60 an hour, with no minimum given. It is an hourly contract, so you are paid for tracked active time. SuperAnnotate's company page covers payout through Deel and the time-tracking rules; this listing states no payment terms of its own.

Worth knowing

Good:

• Up to $60 an hour for hands-on engineering review
• Open to a wide set of countries
• Bilingual skills narrow the pool, which can help

Less good:

• 7+ years plus C1 Chinese is a demanding combination
• "Up to" pay, and no stated project or hours
• The ad does not describe selection steps, so rely on the company page for process
