What you'll do

You test whether AI imaging advice is clinically safe and sensible. For a clinical presentation, you check the modality chosen, the protocol, the differential, incidental-findings logic and the safety checks around contrast, radiation, pregnancy, allergies and renal function. You rank AI responses, call out missed can't-miss diagnoses, and write model answers with the reasoning shown.

Who fits

• MD/DO or equivalent with a completed diagnostic radiology residency, and board eligibility or certification (or local equivalent)
• 5+ years in radiology practice: academic, community, teleradiology or subspecialty
• Strong clinical reasoning from presentation to imaging strategy and differential
• Safety judgment on contrast reactions, radiation dose and anticoagulation risks
• C1 English; peer review, report QA or medical editorial experience is strongly preferred
