Risk Management Expert

What you'll do

You check whether AI handles risk work the way a practitioner would: identifying risks, scoring likelihood and impact, designing and testing controls, planning mitigation, and handling governance and incident response. You rank AI responses, fact-check compliance concepts, call out misleading certainty, and write model answers such as risk assessments, control mappings and mitigation plans.

Who fits

• 5+ years in risk management: enterprise risk, operational risk, compliance, internal audit, security or third-party risk
• A bachelor's or higher in business, finance, economics, risk management, law or IT, or equivalent experience
• Command of risk taxonomy, inherent versus residual risk, KRIs and control effectiveness
• Familiarity with COSO ERM, ISO 31000, NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001 and SOX controls
• C1 English; certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CIA or FRM are a plus

The role is open to applicants in 17 countries across South and Southeast Asia, plus Brazil, Germany and the United States.

What it pays
