Social Sciences & Education Team Lead

What you'll do

You oversee quality on projects that cover social science and education. You review AI explanations, lesson content, research-methods material and assessment items for accuracy and nuance, and you flag stereotyping, weak causal claims, biased framing and poor instructional design. You also coach trainers and QAs over Discord, maintain style guides and calibration tasks, and run onboarding calls.

Who fits

• A degree, teaching credential or equivalent experience in education, sociology, psychology, anthropology, political science, social work or public policy
• 3+ years in teaching, curriculum development, social science research, educational content review or assessment design
• Understanding of research methods, ethics, bias and evidence-based reasoning
• Strong English for guidelines and written feedback
• Preferred: leading remote teams

What it pays

The ad lists up to $20 an hour and no minimum. That is double the School Science (Elementary) Team Lead listing, which is also India-only, and far below the US-only Sociology QAL listing at $65.
