Financial Quality Assurance Lead (QAL)

What you'll do

You oversee the quality of finance content that trains AI models. Reviewing means reading AI-generated financial calculations, investment analyses, accounting interpretations, valuation workflows, risk discussions and market summaries, and checking accuracy, clarity and appropriate caution. The ad gives a compliance duty of its own: flag content that could be read as personalised investment, tax, accounting, lending or insurance advice.

Around that, you coach trainers and QAs through direct messages, post guideline changes on Discord, answer questions on assumptions, accounting treatment and valuation logic, follow up with inactive contributors, run onboarding calls and maintain finance style guides, FAQs, honeypots and calibration tasks.

Who fits

• A bachelor's or master's in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, financial engineering or quantitative finance
• 3+ years in finance, investment or corporate finance, accounting, banking, valuation, FP&A, risk, audit or fintech
• Command of financial statements, valuation, capital markets, portfolio concepts, ratios and time value of money
• Strong written English

Excel modelling, DCF and comps familiarity is preferred, as are CFA, CPA, ACCA, FRM or CMA credentials (a plus). Experience leading remote teams is strongly preferred. Open to India and the US. The ad describes the selection process as an AI interview, a domain-specific task and an interview with a recruiter.

What it pays

The ad states pay of up to $90 an hour. It gives no floor and does not say what decides where in that range an individual lands. That is $5 above the Financial Analyst listing, with a lower experience requirement (3+ years against 5+).
