Gujarati Expert with Mathematical Background

What you'll do

You review and write Gujarati content for AI training: checking model output for accuracy, fluency, grammar, tone and cultural fit, rewriting it, and writing reference answers across general knowledge, customer support, education and conversational writing. You rank competing responses and flag unsafe or misleading content.

What the listing adds is the maths background: the degree requirement is a Bachelor's or higher in Mathematics, not a language field. The ad does not say how the maths shows up in the work, so ask what content you will review.

Who fits

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in mathematics
  • Native or near-native Gujarati, reading and writing
  • C1 English at minimum
  • 3+ years in writing, editing, localization, translation, content QA, journalism or education
  • Command of Gujarati grammar and style, and of register and dialect variation, including India versus diaspora audiences
  • Prior AI data, translation QA or rubric evaluation is strongly preferred

What it pays

SME Careers lists up to $20 an hour, with no floor. The Team Lead version at up to $30 is $10 higher. The ad does not say how payment is made or how often; the hiring process and payout terms SME publishes are covered on the SuperAnnotate page.

Worth knowing

Good:

  • A narrow combination (Gujarati plus mathematics) means few direct competitors
  • Open to India, the United Kingdom and the United States
  • Wording work and some reasoning checks in one role

Less good:

  • The maths-degree requirement excludes language graduates, and the ad does not explain the mathematics side of the job
  • Low ceiling for 3+ years of experience
  • Hourly and time-tracked, with no project named

About this listing

Listed on SME Careers, the site where SuperAnnotate hires subject matter experts, and read from its jobs board on 27 October 2026. The board gives no posting date, so we cannot say how long it has been up. Pay, duties and requirements are SME's own text; the commentary is ours. See SuperAnnotate.
