What you'll do

You lead quality on Gujarati projects. You spot-check AI-generated Gujarati and the work of trainers and QAs against rubrics, give feedback by direct message, post guideline updates on Discord, answer wording and register questions, run onboarding calls and keep the style guides, FAQs and honeypots current.

The lead version differs from the expert role mainly in coordination: you manage contributors' quality and activity, not only your own output. The degree requirement is the same oddity, a Bachelor's or Master's in Mathematics, and the ad does not explain how mathematics enters the work.

Who fits

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mathematics
• Native or near-native Gujarati with strong reading and writing, and good English for feedback
• 3+ years in Gujarati writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training or annotation
• Ability to judge Gujarati against detailed rubrics: mistranslation, literal phrasing, unnatural tone, inconsistent terminology
• Strongly preferred: experience leading remote teams; LLM evaluation is a plus
