Nurse
What you'll do
You review AI answers to nursing and clinical-care questions and check them the way a charge nurse would. That covers assessment, triage, red flags and escalation, medication safety basics, infection control, patient education and care planning. You fact-check the content, write explanations and model solutions that show the correct reasoning, and rank several responses against each other. A big part of the job is internal consistency: do the timeline, symptoms, monitoring frequency and dosing logic add up, and does the advice suit the setting (emergency department, ward or outpatient)?
Who fits
- An RN or equivalent nursing qualification with active licensure or registration, or eligibility, in at least one jurisdiction
- 3 to 5+ years of clinical or community nursing
- Solid clinical assessment and prioritisation: vital signs, red flags, escalation pathways, safe handoffs
- C1 English and a sharp eye for unsafe assumptions and missing precautions
- Prior AI training, clinical documentation review, utilization review or nursing education is strongly preferred
The role is open in 17 countries across South and Southeast Asia, plus Brazil, Germany and the US.
What it pays
Up to $65 an hour on an hourly contract, per the ad. The Nurse Practitioner listing from the same employer goes to $90, so the advanced-practice premium is $25.
Worth knowing
Good:
- Hourly pay for clinical judgment you already use, from home
- Wide country list for a nursing role, including several South and Southeast Asian countries
- Licensure is accepted in any one jurisdiction, with eligibility enough at the application stage
Less good:
- The ad says there is no immediate project for this role; qualified applicants are among the first contacted when work arises, so this is a place in an expert pool rather than a seat on a live project.
- Up to $65 is a ceiling; no floor or hours are published
- The work is review and writing, so it will not satisfy anyone wanting patient contact
About this listing
Posted on SME Careers, the hiring site SuperAnnotate uses for expert contractors, and read from its jobs board on 27 October 2026. The board gives no posting date, so we have not stated one. Pay and requirements are SME's; the comparison with the Nurse Practitioner listing is ours. The hiring process, Deel contracting and monitoring rules are covered on the company page.
