Nurse Practitioner
What you'll do
You review AI-generated clinical answers at advanced-practice level. The ad lists differential thinking, ordering and interpreting tests, prescribing and medication management where within scope, care pathway choice and escalation of red flags. You check the facts, write explanations and model solutions that show correct reasoning, and rank multiple responses. Specialties named in the ad run from family, adult-gerontology, acute care, paediatric, psychiatric-mental health, women's health and neonatal NPs to nurse midwives, oncology, cardiology, emergency and ICU nurses, perioperative and wound care, diabetes education and community or public health advanced practice.
Who fits
- An NP, APRN or equivalent advanced practice qualification with active licensure or registration, or eligibility, in one jurisdiction
- 5+ years of nursing overall; 2+ years in an advanced or specialist role is listed as preferred
- Experience managing common and complex conditions in your specialty, including follow-up, referrals and patient education
- Strong medication safety judgment (contraindications, interactions at a high level, renal and hepatic considerations, monitoring), always within your scope
- C1 English; prior AI data training, utilization review or guideline work is strongly preferred
The role is open in 17 countries across South and Southeast Asia, plus Brazil, Germany and the US.
What it pays
Up to $90 an hour on an hourly contract, per the ad, which is $25 above the general Nurse listing. The ad does not publish a floor.
Worth knowing
Good:
- Joint-highest ceiling in this batch
- A broad specialty list, so niche NPs are not shut out
- Remote and hourly
Less good:
- The ad says there is no immediate project for this role; qualified applicants are among the first contacted when work arises, so this is a place in an expert pool rather than a seat on a live project.
- Scope varies by country, and the ad leaves it to you to answer "within scope"; expect to reason about your own jurisdiction
- No hours or project length published
About this listing

The specialty list and requirements are SME's; the pay comparison with the Nurse listing is ours. The hiring process, Deel contracting and monitoring rules are covered on the company page.
