Spanish Team Lead

What you'll do

As Spanish quality lead you audit items, give trainers and QAs feedback by direct message, and answer questions on wording, accents, register and localization. The ad is explicit that the language has regional variants: you should be comfortable with Latin American and/or European Spanish, including voseo, tuteo and ustedeo, and say which variants you can support. You maintain style guides, FAQs and honeypots, run onboarding, and follow up with inactive contributors.

Who fits

• Native or near-native Spanish and strong English
• 3+ years in Spanish writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA or annotation
• A Bachelor's or Master's in Spanish, linguistics, translation, education or related
• Command of regional variants, accents and register; declare your supported variants
• Preferred: remote team leadership, Discord and spreadsheet fluency

What it pays
